Success of Material Misrepresentation / Fraud under section 221(a)(6)(c)(i) and Alien Smuggling under section 212(a)(6)(E) Case.
I am a Bangladeshi native born in Sylhet. My IR-5 U.S. Immigrant Visa was refused under section 212(a)(6)(c)(i) by U.S. Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh due to my previous F4 Immigrant Visa Refusal under section 212(a)(6)(c)(i) for material misrepresentation (Date of Birth Fraud) and 212(a)(6)(E) for Alien Smuggling (False Statement regarding Date of Birth of Sibling). I engaged an Immigration Attorney in U.S. but could not get success. Later, I found Barrister M. R. I.
