Success of Material Misrepresentation / Fraud under section 221(a)(6)(c)(i) and Alien Smuggling under section 212(a)(6)(E) Case.
I am a Bangladeshi native born in Sylhet. My IR-5 U.S. Immigrant Visa was refused under section 212(a)(6)(c)(i) by U.S. Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh due to my previous F4 Immigrant Visa Refusal under section 212(a)(6)(c)(i) for material misrepresentation (Date of Birth Fraud) and 212(a)(6)(E) for Alien Smuggling (False Statement regarding Date of Birth of Sibling). I engaged an Immigration Attorney in U.S. but could not get success. Later, I found Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury, U.S. Immigration Specialist Lawyer in Bangladesh through google search, and also in our local newspaper advertisement, “Sylheter Dak”. I then personally met with him, briefly explained my case facts and erroneous findings of Visa Officer. He could easily catch up bullet points of my case facts. I then handed over him my case file and engaged him to represent my case with U.S. Embassy in Dhaka. My Attorney strongly challenged the finding of the Consular / Visa Officer and prepared a Memorandum of Law submitting credible evidences and his submission was approved, the findings of visa officer was overturned. Finally, I was discharged from above charges and subsequently U.S. Embassy, Dhaka issued my IR-5 Immigrant Visa. I am fully satisfied with the services of Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury, Immigration Lawyer who handled my case professionally. He is the only lawyer in Bangladesh who handles this types of complicated cases. I can say undoubtedly that Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury is leaps and bounds better than any other. I must recommend Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury as he is professionally qualified, experienced and research based Lawyer who settled my case successfully with full satisfaction.
