Success of Child Adoption / Legal Guardianship & Adoption Visa

I am a Dual Citizen of Bangladesh lives in Australia. I selected an incompetent Bangladeshi lawyer to handle my Child Adoption Case in Bangladesh. The lawyer advised me that I need to execute an affidavit regarding adoption and then he will obtain legal guardianship order from Family Court of Jurisdiction in Bangladesh. In fact, this lawyer did not know about the cross border complex Legal and Immigration Rules and requirements regarding Child Adoption and Adoption Visa. There have been a number of instances in which Non Resident Bangladeshi (NRB) Citizens have been poorly advised by general legal practitioners of Bangladesh and have entered into fostering/adoption arrangements, do not meet the complex Bangladesh and Foreign legal and immigration requirement which I have learnt after engaging Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury, Immigration & Child Adoption Visa Lawyer to handle my child adoption and adoption visa case. I have found that Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury is the only expert, experienced and researched based lawyer in Bangladesh who has first-hand knowledge and practical experience in Child Adoption/ Legal Guardianship and Adoption Visa Process. He handled my case keeping in mind each step of cross boarder Legal and Immigration Rules and requirements regarding Child Adoption and Adoption Visa. Finally, I got success of my case and brought my adopted child in Australia. If anyone looking for a Lawyer to handle Legal Guardianship case in Bangladesh, I would strongly recommend Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury. Since, he is not only knowledgeable about Bangladesh Law but also knowledgeable and experienced about global visa and immigration law and emerging issues. Because, adoptions that do not meet cross border legal requirements will not meet the requirements for the issuance of adoption Visa for the adopted child. Barrister Chowdhury, has a strong dedication to his work and fighting for results for his clients. I endorse this lawyer’s work.
