Special Marriage between Foreigners OR between Bangladeshi and Foreigner under The Special Marriage Act, 1872 and Success of U.S. Immigrant Visa

My IR-1 immigrant visa was denied due to only issue regarding legality and validity of my marriage documents in Bangladesh which I obtained from the Notary Public and Chittagong City Corporation. Later, I engaged Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury, Immigration Specialist Lawyer. He then drawn immediate attention our issue to the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliament Affairs of Bangladesh Government. Since, at that time there was no Registrar appointed and licensed by Bangladesh Government to register special marriages between Foreigners OR between Bangladeshi and Foreigners. Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury took our case as challenging one. He then himself applied to become a Registrar under Special Marriage Act 1872 to register special marriages such as marriages between foreigners and marriages between Bangladeshi and Foreigners. Later, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliament Affairs of Bangladesh Government immediately considered his application and appointed and licensed him FIRST and only Registrar in Bangladesh under Special Marriage Act 1872 to register aforesaid special marriages. He then as FIRST and only lawful Registrar in Bangladesh registered my marriage as FIRST MARRIAGE under Special Marriage Act 1872. The U.S. Embassy in Dhaka, had also been notified on time about his appointment and our valid Marriage. Subsequently, my Marriage Certificate was accepted by U.S. Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh and finally my spouse’s Immigrant Visa was issued. I would strongly recommend Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury, Immigration Specialist Lawyer and Bangladesh Government Licensed Registrar for Special Marriages. He worked very professionally but at the same time he had human approach to deal with my complicated case. Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury is an able, quick-minded and thorough lawyer. He understands the complicated array of U.S. immigration laws better than any other lawyer I have ever met.
