Special Marriage between Bangladeshi and Australian and Success of Spouse / Partner Visa.

I am an Australian Citizen. I hired Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury, Immigration Lawyer to represent my Spouse’s Australian Settlement / Partner Visa. Later, Australian High Commission, Dhaka questioned about legality of divorce of my prior marriage. Later, Barrister Chowdhury registered our Marriage under his official capacity as “Special Marriage Registrar” pursuant to The Special Marriage Act, 1872. He then prepared a memorandum of law, submitted credible documentary evidences along with clarification and our Marriage Certificate to the Australian High Commission, Dhaka. After extensive review, my husband (visa applicant) was called for another visa interview and he has been asked by the Visa Officer regarding our Marriage registered under The Special Marriage Act, 1872. My husband was properly answered to the Visa Officer as advised and guided by Barrister Chowdhury. Subsequently, Barrister Chowdhury’s submission was approved and our Marriage Certificate registered under The Special Marriage Act, 1872 has been accepted by the Australian High Commission, Dhaka. Finally, my husband’s partner / settlement visa has been issued by the Australian High Commission. I would 100% recommend Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury to anyone looking to have a dual qualified professional.
