A contract by which one owning such property grants to another the rights to possess, use, enjoy it for a specified period of time in exchange for periodic payment of a stipulated price, referred to as rent.

Living Will

A document by which an individual specifies medical measures to be taken or withheld in case he becomes disabled.

Power of Attorney

Blacks Law Dictionary defines a Power of Attorney as:

An instrument authorizing another to act as ones agent or attorney. The agent is attorney in fact and his power is revoked on the principal by operation of law. Such power may either be special or general.
