Approval of U.S. Boarding Foil and Returning Resident (SB-1) Visa
I am a Bangladeshi native born in Comilla. “I was issued an immigrant visa under F41 category (Brother of U.S. Citizen) from U.S. Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I then entered U.S. and was subsequently issued a Permanent resident card. Before leaving U.S. I applied and was issued re-entry permit / Advance Parole by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. After entered Bangladesh, unfortunately I lost my re-entry permit in Bangladesh. I then appoint highly skilled, respected and renowned U.S. Immigration Specialist Lawyer, Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury to represent my case. He initiated contact with U.S. Embassy in Dhaka and had provided submission with credible documentary evidences. His submission was approved by U.S. Embassy, Dhaka. The Embassy instructed me to submit my passport which I promptly did. Diplomatically, a Boarding Foil / Transportation Permission was issued by U.S. Embassy in Dhaka with a validity date of just one day. Subsequent requests to Embassy to extend the date on the Transportation Permission could not exceed the original expiration date on the re-entry. My Attorney M. R. I. Chowdhury strongly challenged legality and validity of one-day Transportation Permission with a memorandum of law submitting credible evidences and eventually U.S. Embassy in Dhaka issued me Special Immigrant Visa (SB-1).” Barrister Chowdhury was completely prepared. I have also seen his response to an emergency situation where he turned out a critical multiple page brief with legal citation within hours (a half day) of when the matter came up. He knows what he is doing and what the law is. You bet I endorse his work.
