Success of Reinstatement of Revocation of CR-1 Visa

I am a Bangladeshi native born in Chittagong. My CR-1 U.S. Immigrant Visa application was initially denied by U.S. Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh under section 221(g) under “Administrative Processing”. The U.S. Embassy in Dhaka questioned the legality of divorce of U.S. Citizen under Bangladesh law. After upholding the decision for more than 12 months U.S. Embassy had returned my petition to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services with a recommendation for revocation due to erroneous findings of my divorce issue. I then contacted Barrister M. R. I. Chowdhury, U.S. Immigration Specialist Lawyer. My appointed Attorney M. R. I. Chowdhury immediately prepared a memorandum of law strongly challenge erroneous finding of the visa officer and submitted credible evidences including expert opinion. Finally, his submission was approved, the finding of visa officer was withdrawn. Subsequently, I was issued CR-1 Immigrant Visa by U.S. Embassy in Dhaka and able to join with my U.S. Citizen wife in USA permanently. Barrister Chowdhury is a very competent and diligent lawyer. I fully endorse his work. I will certainly refer clients to his law firm.
